The App provides nutrition plans generated through interactions with AI technology, including ChatGPT, serving roles such as nutritionists and cooks. Users can purchase these plans for 2.99 euros each and are entitled to three updates to their plan, allowing for adjustments based on changed user details. These services are intended for educational purposes only.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is processed via Google Pay, supporting various card and online payment methods. All payments are non-refundable, and no additional fees or charges are applicable beyond the stated price.

4. User Obligations

Users must be over the age of 18 and provide consent to these Terms and Conditions. The App is for educational purposes only, and users should consult with a professional nutritionist before making dietary decisions. Evalest Ltd holds no liability for the application's usage and its consequences.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Nutrition plans generated by the App belong to the individual user. However, Evalest Ltd maintains the data and reserves the right to manage this information. Users can delete their data and associated plans at any time.

6. Amendments and Termination

Evalest Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and terminate the App at any time without prior notice.

7. Dispute Resolution

For complaints or issues, users should contact tech@evalest.com. Evalest Ltd aims to provide the best user experience and encourages communication to resolve any concerns.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is an educational tool, and Evalest Ltd disclaims all liability related to the use of the App and the decisions made based on its content.

9. Data Protection and Security

Evalest Ltd collects only essential user information, such as email addresses and details provided during nutrition plan creation. This data is protected and can be deleted by the user at their discretion.

10. Compliance with Laws

The App adheres to applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR for data protection. Users should also ensure their use of the App complies with local laws and regulations.

11. Acceptance of Terms
